Cancelling Orders
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement by contacting support. After that window, orders are considered final and may already be in fulfilment.
Order Discrepancies (DOA/Damaged/Missing/Wrong)
Inspect packages upon delivery. Report Dead on Arrival (DOA), damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery to support email/phone/WhatsApp with order # and clear photos/video of the product and packaging. Minor cosmetic issues (small scratches/finish blemishes) are generally considered normal manufacturing variance and are not warranty defects.
